CRISPY CURRY LEAF CALAMARI: A SOUTH INDIAN SEAFOOD DISH IN LEEDS
Crispy Curry Leaf Calamari is exactly the kind of dish that shows what Kerala Canteen is about. Lightly coated calamari is paired with curry mayonnaise, creating a simple but distinctive seafood plate designed for sharing.
At Kerala Canteen in Leeds city centre, we take familiar dishes and give them a South Indian point of view. This one starts with calamari, keeps the coating light and crisp, and brings in curry leaf through the mayonnaise.
