I'll be honest — when a friend first told me about PokeRogue https://playpokerogue.com and https://dex.playpokerogue.com , I rolled my eyes a little. Another browser game, another fan project claiming to reinvent the wheel. But then they said the words that got my attention: it's a Pokemon roguelike. That combination felt too strange not to try.
